Pennywell (phase 1) is part of a City of Edinburgh Council regeneration project in the North of the City. The development comprises 130 properties in total; a mixture of 70 houses and 123 flats across 6 blocks. The development is designed to be ‘tenure-neutral’ meaning that little distinction can be made between private and social housing. Residents benefit from ample, unallocated parking and a playpark sits right in the heart of the development amidst beautiful greenspace. The management of this development takes a ‘thinking outside the box’ approach and as such, we work closely with City of Edinburgh Council as major stakeholders, in their capacity as Local Authority and Proprietor, to ensure that the development is managed and maintained to the benefit of all who live there.
