We compile an annual expenditure budget for our clients, and a full set of formal accounts at the year end. A sinking fund is collected and held securely on behalf of the Owners, to fund large scale repairs and renewals. Owners have access to their common charges account and comprehensive documentation regarding services, health and safety, and insurance, via our online client portal, RMG Living.
